Mishand Patmanathan

Mishand graduated from the University of London in 2016 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Middle Temple in 2018 after completing the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff University. He began his career at Messrs. Gan, Ho & Razlan Hadri, where he gained experience in commercial and civil litigation, insurance disputes, and medical malpractice. Admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2019, Mishand joined the Firm in 2023 as a Senior Legal Associate in the Dispute Resolution/Litigation Department. He regularly appears as counsel in trials, appellate proceedings, and interlocutory applications.
